with proof of the nature of your practice, as required by law.
U.S. Federal Law requires that this device be purchased either directly from a health care professional (MD, DO, or DC licensed in the state of practice) or via his/her written order. To buy from us, email a digital or scanned copy of your physician’s prescription to orders@fisherwallace.com.

International Orders
Because a prescription is not usually required outside of the United States for purchasing CES devices, you can order directly from us online at sales@fisherwallace.com.
The retail price of $695 is in effect for overseas sales, plus shipping and handling. We are pleased to ship by Fedex (next day), or any form of Fedex Ground as well, as well as by regular mail.
