Chip Fisher

President, Fisher-Wallace Laboratories
Fisher—an entrepreneur and marketing specialist with savvy, energy, and vision—makes a point of working only with products and ideas whose intrinsic value excites him. A philosopher–businessman who marches to his own drum, the broad variety of consumer-directed products he has worked with successfully over the years since he graduated from Harvard University all hold intense personal meaning on the one hand, and broad relevance on the other. His first formative experiences beyond the boundaries of conventional health care took place 20 years ago, and Fisher has since incorporated yoga, acupuncture, manual therapy, and holistic healing into his way of life. His primary focus in the company is guiding Fisher-Wallace Laboratories and the Liss therapeutic micro-current devices into the future.

Wallace has a richly varied science and healthcare background that began with his undergraduate biology/chemistry double major, progressed through academic medical coursework in Belgium and a doctorate in biology at Columbia University (where he also taught graduate biology classes), and continued with his certifications as a clinical nutritionist and as an addictionologist. Wallace gained valuable direct experience with medical devices when he served various companies as a facilitator with the FDA. He ultimately founded Proactive HealthCare Systems, which assists medical practices in establishing and managing a nutritionally-oriented modules, and in 2005 became Director of Advanced Therapeutic Modalities for Manhattan’s Ash Center for Comprehensive Medicine. Two current explorations incorporate CES. One addresses memory enhancement by combining neurotransmitter precursors (such as tryptophan, the precursor for the neurotransmitter serorotin) with use of the Fisher-Wallace Cranial Stimulator. The other uses nutraceuticals—foods and food extracts providing medical or health benefits—plus the Cranial Stimulator to treat the menstrual and peri-/post-menopausal stress, depression, anxiety, insomnia, and pain experienced by large numbers of women.
